Gall Bladder Problems

It's my hypothesis that many gall bladder problems, especially gall bladder pressure, arise from gall bladder duct obstruction. I'm hypothesizing that much of the cause of obstruction is lack of lubrication, especially for folks whose ducts are on the small or narrow size.
Lack of lubrication can come from several sources: 1. Not enough oil or fat in the diet. 2. Loss of oil due to a. foods such as citrus, which cut fat/oil. b. frequent bathing, robbing the skin of lubricaiton and drawing out oil from other parts of the body, viz. the gall bladder.
